Do note that returned items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, in original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for: lingerie, orders made with sale discount codes, voucher codes from reward points redemption and sale items.

Which option would you be selecting for the return?
Option 1. Send us your return item(s) via a traceable method for store credits with a three-month validity.
Option 2. Drop off your item at our retail store (HarbourFront Centre). We'll issue store credits within 14 days from drop-off. An on-the-spot exchange to an alternative item is not possible. Please select Option 3 if you have an alternative item in mind.
Option 3. Exchange item at our retail store (HarbourFront Centre). Item needs to be selected beforehand. An exchange for an in-store item is not possible.
