STORE EXCHANGE POLICY (For purchases made at our retail store)
- For store purchases, we'll be happy to process your exchange within 14 days at our store.
- Please make sure your item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags on, and bring along your original receipt.
- You may exchange to another item:
- Exchange to lower value item -> No refunds or reimbursements will be made
- Exchange to higher value item -> A top up is required
- Exchanges are final (no further exchanges are allowed).
- We do not provide refunds/credits for store purchases.
*Purchase of sale items, lingerie and perishables are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
