ORDERING & SHIPPING
- To make a purchase, simply add item to your cart.
- You can continue shopping on the website or complete your order by viewing your shopping cart.
- If you'd like to process your order, you can log into your account or sign up for a new account if it's your first time purchasing.
- Do ensure that the correct item, color and size is selected as no changes will be allowed upon check out.
- Check that your delivery address is correct, and select your preferred delivery method.
- If you have a discount code, key it in at this point, and click "apply".
- Dear Collective is unable to amend orders and combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
- Cancellation and refund of orders are strictly not allowed once payment has been processed.
- Select payment method, and complete payment.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox after the order has been successfully placed.
- A separate delivery email will be sent when the order has been shipped.
- If parcel is not received within 2 working days, kindly inform us immediately, as the courier insurance period is within 5 working days of delivery.
- All orders (except those to be shipped with backorders) are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days upon confirmation of order.
- All orders within Singapore will be shipped via standard courier (1-2 working days to reach your doorstep).
- Delivery is carried out during Monday through Saturday (09:00-22:00), excluding local public holidays.
- Complimentary standard courier within Singapore will be provided for orders valued S$60 and above. For orders valued under S$60, a fee of S$3.00 will apply per package for standard courier. In clarification, discounts and store credits applied to the order will not contribute to the order value.
- Parcels will be re-delivered once. If re-delivery is not successful, it will be returned to Dear Collective and we will inform the customer via email. A top-up of S$4.00 per package will be required before the package is re-sent to customer via standard courier.
- If your order includes a backorder item, please choose if you wish to have it delivered together with your instock items. Top ups are required if you wish to have them delivered separately by courier (S$3.00 per package), and we will email you separately for payment.
- Dear Collective ships to selected overseas regions. Exact overseas shipping charges will be advised at check out.
Minimum and maximum indicative rates for international shipping are shown below. The actual rate is charged according to item weight and will be between the rates stated below.

- International shipping takes between 4-14 working days. Please note that there could be slight delays due to customs clearance and if there are public holidays.
- Please note that we do not process deliveries to Parcel/PO boxes.
- Any customs/import duties charged when the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient.
- Please contact your local customs office for further information on the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order.
